Phase 1: The 21 Days 100x Happiness Challenge
This challenge is a “3H Reset” (Health, Happiness, Harmony) using my authentic KLUAA Methodology. Itβs structured to be engaging, inspirational, and, crucially, doable for busy professionals. Each day offers a micro-challenge requiring less than 15 minutes of dedicated time.
π― Challenge Goal: To build a foundational 3H (Health, Happiness, Harmony) micro-habit loop and become a living ambassador of the 100x Pledge.
π Preparation (Day 0): Setting the Baseline
Before we begin, we must KNOW where we are.
- 100x Action (10 mins): Conduct a quick Potential Audit.
Identify the one thing (digital distraction, negative self-talk, over-commitment) currently leaking most of your energy.
Record it. Set an intention to observe it during the 21 days. - Affirmation: “I am ready to evolve my excellence.”
πΏ Week 1: KNOW & LEARN ~ Reclaiming the “Self” (Focus: Health & Inner Happiness)
The first step is establishing the “Soul-centered” baseline. We must secure our own mask before helping others.
π Week 2: UNDERSTAND & EXPERIENCE ~ Integrating Flow (Focus: Work-Life Balance & Joy)
Once we are stabilized, we integrate these lessons into our workflow to experience Harmony.

Now as a seasoned practitioner, this week, we activate the 100x Pledge to benefit all living beings.
